About Krista Loye

Sales Representative

Prior to earning her Realtor licence, Krista completed her academic career at the University of Western Ontario and her Bachelor of Education at the University of Calgary. After teaching high school in Calgary and in Kingston, Krista decided to join the Kingston Police Force, as a Constable, where she worked serving the community and patrolling the streets for ten years. Hers was a position requiring perseverance, tenacity, negotiation and communication skills. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents and combining her dedication to ongoing education and her love of her community to provide an unsurpassed choice for anyone ready to purchase or sell a home.

Wanting to work with high performing professionals, Krista jumped at the opportunity to join RE/MAX Finest Realty Inc, Brokerage, where their passion about the needs and goals of their clients and speciality in bringing peace of mind to home sellers and buyers, matches hers.

Krista prides herself on giving all her clients the most precise and up to date feedback on the state of the market, its trend, comparable sales and property values and giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her honesty, integrity, organizational skills, and ability to negotiate win-win transactions. She is known, as well, for her intuition and compassion, which translates into her natural ability to put clients first, and to a dedication to giving back to her community.

A Kingston resident since birth, Krista is an enthusiastic member of the community and offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as of the schools, services, cultural and recreational activities, and showing the best of what Kingston has to offer. An athlete by nature, Krista has been a member of the Kingston Rowing Club for over 25 years, and has competed and placed in many national and international competitions, including winning a gold medal at the 2015 World Police and Fire Games, a biennial athletic event, open to active and retired law enforcement and fire service personnel throughout the world.

Honest and hardworking, who does absolutely everything in her power to ensure her clients’ success, Krista is ready to work for you today, uniting extraordinary properties with extraordinary lives.
